Our policy

  • We have a variety of time slots for different services, so if you are unsure on what service you need to book please text or email so we can assist you further. It is important to book the correct service with your stylist as the amount of time differs greatly between service options. Failure to book the correct service will require a new booking and may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Booked via text and email only.
    Are you booking a service with us for the first time? Do you need a large colour change or a colour correction?

    Before booking any of these services we will require you to drop by for a free 15 minute consultation. This will allow us to perform a patch test, book the best service and time slot for you while offering you a more accurate quote. Colour appointments booked without a consultation run the risk of being cancelled so we require a consultation beforehand.

  • We do not have a deposit scheme but we do have a cancellation fee.

    If we book you through ‘Fresha’ or you wish to book by yourself, the booking app will ask for your card details.

    If you do not register your card details your appointment will not be confirmed.

    Our system will not detract any money from your account prior to the appointment but:

    – If you cancel the appointment on the same day or do not show up, we will collect the total cost of the service you have booked.

    – If you cancel/contact us up to 48 hours before the day of your appointment, we will collect 50% of the total amount of the service you have booked.

    – If you cancel you appointment more than 48 hours before the day of your appointment, a fee will not be taken.

    WHY?
    We provide a 10 minute grace period with all appointments. Please notify us in advance via text if you think you will be late to your appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we are not notified, there is a risk we may need to cancel your appointment and take the cancellation fee, this is out of respect to both ours’ and our other clients’ time.

    Please know that our cancellation policies are written with positive intent. We are a small independent salon so it’s necessary for us to include these, to keep providing a great service. We hope you understand.

  • We allow extra time before every appointment to ensure we have a full consultation in order to fully understand our clients’ wishes. If you are unhappy with the service and the results are not as we discussed prior to the appointment, please notify us within 2 weeks from of your appointment and we will make sure we find a solution together.

  • Please text or email us if you only require a fringe trim service, and we will call you back to arrange an appointment.

    Current clients with existing fringes, a trim is £5.

    If you do not have a pre-existing fringe and would like one without a full haircut, you can book a blow dry and we will give you a fringe for free.

    To maximise your fringe result, please come with clean hair.

  • Unfortunately the unit does not offer wheelchair access, but please feel free to see our home visit services.

  • Haircuts for 16 years and over only. Our prices are the same for all ages.

    As much as we pride ourselves on our ability to create a safe and calm working environment, we still work with natural colours and sharp scissors while performing a technical service. It is because of this that we strongly advise against bringing young children (0-4 years old) into the salon. Our stairs-only access to the building is not suitable for prams.

  • We are a dog friendly salon so please feel free to bring along your furry friend to your appointment. If you are allergic or uncomfortable around dogs, please notify us beforehand and we can advise the best dog-free time to book an appointment. Dogs must be kept on the lead outside the unit.
